I have mixed feelings about Feige. He's probably the guy most suited to being the Marvel Studios head than say a Weinstein-esque clone since he actually knows the shit he's meant to be overseeing on a day-to-day basis. But then there's the part where he seems like a real dick at times - the kind of dick where, once he knows he has the power and can exert it, will eventually do so at the cost of dropping talent like Downey, Jr. or pissing off guys who are actively doing something creative (whether or not the number of fans disagree) with the properties like Whedon. Ironically, in a sense, making Feige seem as if he'd be better suited to heading up DC's film division since it's the same kind of mentality half of DC creative seems to have ever since they vomited the new 52 into existence.

Then again, Feige might be a mere puppet who just happens to have his strings pulled by a different set of dicks with more power and Feige merely ends up as the fall guy when it comes to dropping bombs like "Sorry guys, the actor playing Tony Stark doesn't matter as long as we gots pretty CGI whizbangs for teh iron suit to play with - everything else sure is replaceable, hyuk."
