Great piece, I appreciate the appreciation of Albert Brooks, my favorite filmmaker.

One small correction: you write \”an essential performer who had a Best Supporting Actor Oscar\”. He was only nominated, didn\’t win. Hopefully he will for \”Drive\” though!
