That’s why Wonder Woman (“not as terrible” LOL) is the fifth highest grossing superhero film of all time (only surpassed by two Nolan Batman movies and the two The Avengers films. That’s why Wonder Woman (“not as terrible” LOL) is the highest-grossing worldwide solo origin superhero film of all time. That’s why Wonder Woman (“not as terrible” LOL) became the only superhero film of 2017 to become a true blue pop culture phenomenon. Yep…because it was “not as terrible” as the horribly reviewed MOS (55 % rotten), BvS (27 % rotten), SS (26 % rotten), and JL (41 % rotten). It’s not even a contest…all of those films are not even close to WW (92 % fresh). Pretty awesome stats for a “not so terrible” film…LOL

I found Justice League to be a better whole movie than Wonder Woman actually. Wonder Woman is much better in parts, but much worse as well, while Justice League is a consistent “ok” throughout.

Other than the horrible CGI of Cavill and the fact that Steppenwolf looked like he stepped out of a videogame, the film was pretty good, IMHO.

Whoever the idiot was that okayed Zack Snyder should probably be fired. It was clear that people were NOT a fan of his DC movies and yet this person still thought it was a good idea to hire him a third time. That’s just piss poor management. I know they tried to correct their mistake by hiring joss whedon but when you’re in charge of 200 million dollars and protecting the image of what can and should be a multi billion dollar franchise, there is no room for those mistakes.

I hate that, amid all the crap that DCEU has put out, they (well, Patty Jenkins) managed to create a truly great movie —Wonder Woman— powered by a truly memorable performance by Gal Gadot. I hate it because Patty, Gal, and the film deserve a much much better connected universe to play in. Now, whenever WB gets their MIERDA together and reboot their DC interconnected universe, they will probably recast Wonder Woman, which saddens me.

Forgettable action scene? Really? I thought this scene with Batman (which actually comes second in the film) it was one of the better scenes in the movie (which is sparse with them). It felt true to the character and I wish a version of it (minus the Parademon) would have been what we got as an introduction to Batman in BvS

I’m not even going to bother with it. Three of the four movies that preceded it were either just okay or awful, and the trailers for Justice League were unspectacular. The DCEU has exhausted all of my good will, and they’re not getting any more of my money.

First off, I thought the opening scene was the “real” footage of Superman being asked questions by some kids? Secondly, since that also seemed to be new footage as well, judging from Cavills cgi mouth, what was Synders opening scene? I guess the world will never know.
