I thought Kosinski did a good job making a pretty bad script into a halfway watchable film. I\’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.

Once again, credit is NOT given to animation when it\’s due.

I believe if you go by the current Hollywood standard (i.e. Fuck Inflation) the highest grossing first time director is Pete Docter for MONSTERS INC. ($525 million worldwide)
