Not sure 'light' Anderson or Pynchon for that matter is all that light. The book has a lovely dark smog hovering over it. Should be great, the first & best half of The Master was pretty much a homage to Pynchon's V.

This collaboration seems to be miming David Fincher and Trent Reznors. The first film was good, the second one not nearly as much and same goes for the music. Now both sets of guys are entering their third film together this year. We shall see.
