So the film just improved significantly….excellent news! Quite looking forward to "Pirates 14" and the Brady Bunch reboot starring Depp as 'Alice'. Seriously though, sad to see an actor whose quirks once enhanced a film take on quirky roles that simply overwhelm a film.

There's something odd about Depp's career, like he's forced to star in Disney movies after Disney movies. It's not like he desperately needs all that money. Look at Brad Pitt, he's making interesting choices, but Depp seems only interesting in two things : Disney and Tim Burton.

Well, that's too bad, but as long as the great Angela Lansbury is on board I won't be upset about any casting changes (although, hopefully all of the other reported cast is in).
