One of the great lost films of the 70's. I would think a better follow up would have Lion still out on his luck stumbling across Max who's living a retired life from the car wash franchise, maybe picking up relations from there trying one more time to help Lion. The whole lost son or daughter line has been rung through the wringer.

To be honest, I am a big fan of movies from the 70s. At one time, I owned this movie. Then I started to notice that this movie fell into a plot-less niche that too many 70s fall into — "We're two guys, we're improv actors, and we're in the 70s! Let's make a movie about it!" I don't know if there is much need to return to the world of Scarecrows, because being there in the first place wasn't all that exciting…
