Nah. It’s generally accepted as awesome. The people that went on the internet to slander this film were mostly jealous Marvel fans that couldn’t wait for Civil War, which has a ridiculous and fan insulting amount of flaws, but no one cared, because it’s Marvel. I work in the Mall of America and we sell tons of Batman and Superman products every single day even Batman v Superman products, and these questions are always asked. Did you see BvS? What did you think? 99% of people loved it and were blown away. The types of people also range in race, age, and sex. Not everyone goes online to give their opinion. In real life, more people loved it than these outspoken DC haters, which if you knew the history of DC, this was going to happen. They did it to the comics, and now they are doing it to the films. Yes the film has it’s flaws, but none of the haters are united on what the film should be, most of them hate Superman and love Batman. Such hilarity. The truth is, most people don’t know the DC mythology, they only think they know based off of their film experience with Batman or Superman. This film only touched the crust of what the DCCU can be. Everyone across the board is excited for the JL. Be thankful. The film was as original as it could be giving us classic moments from the comics with a different plot. Either way we are finally getting a serious take on characters that probably would never be taken seriously had they gone with anyone but Snyder.
