Godard has spoken positively of other filmmakers plenty of times. for instance, when he reviewed films in the 1950's for Gazette du Cinema and Cashiers du Cinema. ex: "the cinema is Nicholas Ray" etc etc

Good for him. I wont get to see the legends at the Oscar awards, but I have to see the Twilight People and other insignificant people who haven't done anything in their career to warrant an invite to teh Oscars.

Oscars need to go back to how it was, because it is starting to turn into crap.
