There\’s a chance that Jamie Foxx\’s name was being floated around as a cameo for the Basketball bio-pic of Wilt Chamberlain, which would start shooting long before Scorsese would be able to free up time for a Tyson pic to ever materialize. Just saying.. March Madness!

I\’m totally on board for the biopic of Mike Tyson being played by Jamie Foxx. It would be an epic one for the ages, along with Martin being a great great director.i also would love to have a part in the movie maybe just as a prop LOL. Any who I\’m happy for iron mike I\’ve been a fan and will always be a vested fan.

Is The Irishman a Paramount picture? I\’m currently reading "Hollywood Under Siege" which is all about Scorsese\’s making of "The Last Temptation of Christ" & it mentions that "Cape Fear" was basically Scorsese paying back a debt for Christ getting made.
If this is real that could be the case here. A Mike Tyson movie is payment for Paramount making "Silence".
Though if "The Irishman" is a Paramount project I\’d have to imagine a Robert DeNiro/Scorsese gangster film collaboration would be the better sell.
