Is this supposed to be a compliment?
He's a fantastic actor – one of the best of his generation. I don't even know who this guy Joel is, but McAvoy has been a leading man for years now, received Bafta and Golden Globe noms, was praised almost universally for his roles in Atonement and The Last King of Scotland. So I see no problems with McAvoy acting alongside the "uber-talented Chastain" – he is uber-talented himself, thank you very much.

A film of this nature needs a great actor. Don't really think McAvoy would suit the role, but who knows.
