The Room has a great hardcore following that is still alive and well, then these guys just rush in and try to cling to it because it's in the mainstream now. Hoping it's good, for the sake of The Room, but not expecting it to be. Anyone trying to play Wiseau (even Wiseau himself, sad to say) is most likely going to butcher it. Not sure why they can't just leave a great thing alone.

But the bigger question at hand is the most obvious one – why bother having someone else (yet again) play Wiseau when they could just unearth Wiseau himself? It's not as if casting agents are tracking the man's every move or anything and I'm sure he could use the money to fund another cinematic car crash starring himself.
