He’s only a supporting character. To put the failure of this film on his shoulders is ludicrous. He had nothing to do with the casting, directing, editing or production side of the film.

Crowe’s State of Play film is drawing large audiences in Europe and will eventually make a profit. It’s a very good film, well reviewed, which unfortunately younger American audiences aren’t in the mood for, apparently.

What a boring, boring, boring actor. It’s not like he’s super good looking either so I’m not sure how he’s landing all these roles.
