I'd rather have a Paul Thomas Anderson who, even though it can take a ridiculous 5-6 years between films, always pumps out fantastic work.

Wright is 3 for 3 in my opinion, so he can take all the time he wants.

That said: Ant-man, yieah why not, Plasticman would have been awesome for him, huge comedy and drama potential.
