Then he tries to make caesar seem evil because he tried to kill an ape so luca joins koba and tells rocket soon almost everyone knows about it and joins koba in an army called the red army in witch they paint there face red with blood of a predator of that nature . but as soon as the red army Caesar prepares his army for the worst ,because koba has only gotten more crazy strong.

I think it's the right decision to follow and complete the arc of Caesar in the third film.

Remember, the 1973 timeframe to which the ape-o-nauts returned in 'Escape' caused a new, divergent timeline to be created that resulted in the Ape Revolution taking place earlier in history than it ought to.
So, If we follow this newly set 'Prime Timeline' of 'Rise' and 'Dawn', there are plenty of new stories that can be told before it gets anywhere near the 1968 movie.
A massive and unnecessary jump from Dawn to the future world of 3978 would be a mistake in my opinion.
I DO wish that in the third movie, we either see the Nuclear War, or end on the Nuclear War that decimates the planet. It will be enough to tell a new and fresh story but leave us with the haunting image of the destroyed Statue of Liberty.

In a future movie it would great to get some hint of the birth of The Mutants as well ( as well as the gradual mutation of the apes into their more humanoid form after the Nuclear holocaust).
Hopefully any subsequent trilogy can bring more of the core sci-fi elements into the mix WITHOUT needing to tread over the ground of the original movie - absolutely no need to remake the '68 film.
