I'm not holding out a lot of hope for this. It's also being released in May. His films used to always hit in the fall – Oscar-bait.

Though Star Trek may change that line of thinking.

My point is, this is looking like Kingdom of Heaven (boring action film) more than say Gladiator (action drama with some weight to it — even if i feel that movies is way overrated).
