					<description><![CDATA[it would be a good idea to mention the restrictions/requirements on govt. funding...it helps make sense of the types of films that get funding...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;that said...&lt;br /&gt;the company I work for did the VFX for Suck - so I hope it finds some kind of audience...it looks campy and fun (whatever the hell that means) but not my cup of tea...]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[As a Canadian who happens to love film, I do agree with you that much of our cinema is garbage but that does not differentiate it from the cinema of Hollywood.  The sorry projects that make it past the assistant&#039;s assistant&#039;s desk in LA that never should have seen the light of day are most of them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We do have a smaller pool of actors (having one tenth of your population does result in that).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Regarding Phil the Alien, it is truly one of the worst films of all time but it no more exemplifies our industry than let&#039;s say My Winnipeg or the Cronenburgs.]]></description>
