This is a terrible and extremely judgmental review. Others have already mentioned it’s gross shortcomings in this comment section. I just wanted to echo it in case you did wanna see the film, do, and disregard this irresponsible review.

You judge the filmmaker for documenting Dylan’s life as you could not handle him “after the the first 60 seconds”. Sadly and stupidly you completely missed the entire point of the film. This documentary was a journey into the world of mental illness highlighting the ignorance and stigma and devastation that we ALL come to experience. Get off of your intolerant judgemental shortsighted high horse. Stick to reviewing Disney movies. This film was way beyond your mental capacity,

I disagree… I think Dylan’s story did need to be told. Schizophrenia ruins so many lives, and that person you see, lying on the sidewalk, quite possibly was Dylan 20 years ago.
