Don't overlook this Spring Break film as a flash in the pan. It received a decent amount of buzz at the Toronto Film Festival. It has the potential to be a sleeper hit or at least a cult film.

@ I will explain further how it's insulting, there was no need for that sentence and completely childish, just stick to the story. Yes, awards are not always based on quality but based whether you're in the in crowd and who you suck up too in terms of particular voters. Also, whether an award is made up or was seen in competition, to me it's still something special and in FACT again still an award that was given. You could make a strong argument that every single award is pointless, as the best movies are never nominated but last longer than the movies that generally win something, like you also pointed out. In that case, there should be no way in a million years that the Academy should give anything to Django Unchained because yeah is something unique/different, and certainly NOTHING to Magic Mike "a stripper movie", since your own website was championing Matthew McConaughey but disregarded Franco, which in my opinion his performance was a trillion times better. Not hating on McConaughey he's one of my fav actors and if anything should be rewarded for Killer Joe. Basically, I hate the bullsh*t that occurs regarding certain movies, and how certain websites play that political game too in trying to convince the audience that this movie is the best when in fact, it is not for the Oscars . Again, unless you have physic powers, why shouldn't Harmony Korine be nominated or win anything (you now speak for the world) and I certainly know it's not a bad movie but a great one. Oh, I never let anyone dictate something is worthwile as I have my own voice and like to view movies first hand. I just think sometimes, the wording (instead of worrying about stars private lifes and making stupid remarks) from this website and other websites could be slightly worded better in fairness, even if the Academy and other award shows don't know the meaning of the word.

"that will probably win zero Oscars, won't be nominated for anything", HOLD on a minute, how freaking insulting to suggest that it will not win anything and I'm also glad that you have special powers to see into the future (I'm guessing other countries around the world might have a different opinion and more open-minded). So the FACT that it won the Venice Film Festival Future Film Festival Digital Award – Special Mention plus nominated for Golden Lion both for Harmony Korine, states your an idiot.

Your own website stated it would become a cult classic including other websites. Just because some audience members might not understand Harmony Korine's unique brilliant take, hopefully many others will see his genius even with repeat viewing. Also, James Franco is gives an Oscar worthy performance, so not sure what your talking about? His performance will be remembered for years to come.

Anyway, cool to have an official date and the poster looks great.
