Im still hoping they keep the williams theme. Though not sure the recent announcment that Dempsey Sanders of The movie 411 is now being screen tested for the lead role I have never seen him in anything before, unkown will get the part again it looks like.
He does look the part though

I thought the music was appropriate and well placed in Watchmen. It really is tedious reading the same derisive comments about Zack Snyder: negative criticism about his use of slo-mo and speed ramping is ridiculous — many auteur directors use this device to accentuate specific expressions and movements — who gives a fnck; it always works well when he does it. All his movies have been highly entertaining, beautiful looking, well crafted pulp fiction — nothing wrong with that in my books.
I\’m hoping they keep the original John Williams score, in the same vein as James Bond, Star Wars, and Indiana Jones.

He\’s worked mostly with Tyler Bates in the past (Dawn of the Dead, 300, Watchmen and now Sucker Punch).

He\’ll most likely get the nod.

Arrgg, I hated the music in Watchmen. I mean the songs were good and all, but you can\’t just put a bunch of good songs in your movie at random places, and think it will sound good.
