I love Christine and i believe it’s a pretty solid Carpenter movie. Everyone always makes a little fun of it because it’s a movie about a killing car, but in my opinion, it has great suspense, and when you realize it’s not Christine but Arnie the real monster of the movie you enjoy it a lot more.

What about The Fog, man? What about Escape from New York? What about the Prince of Darkness? How can you only name five great John Carpenter movies? Everything he did in the late 70s and early 80s was awesome!

Came to read this knowing what would be on the list but kept that sense of dread in the back of my mind that maybe, just maybe, something like The Ward or Ghosts of Mars would’ve been thrown in there for a laugh.
