Haywire will be great. The reviews it got from a private screening were off the charts all positive. The locations, action scenes, music, cast are all top notch. Also cool to have an ass kicking girl in the lead role who actuall CAN kick guys asses in real life. Look at how powerful Gina looks stranding over the beaten down McGregor in the last pic – I can\’t wait for this!

I don\’t get why people talk about Soderbergh like he\’s some great director…he has made a ton of movies, yes, including some real good ones but I\’d say at least 2/3rds of his films are either just OK and downright terrible.

I mean people write about \”Out of Sight\” like it\’s a beloved classic, it\’s OK, but I don\’t get the constant interest in this guy. Overrated.

Two Soderbergh films in one year!

They\’re 2 totally different films. One is an action-thriller, Bourne esque, which sounds like it has a blaxploitation-ish soundtrack which might give it an awesome tone (though one that some ppl may find out)

And one is more like a realistic horror thriller (and scary as shit in the way that it reads like it could happen). Read the scripts yo, not that hard to find.

Gina looks great and is a magnificent athlete. To see an attractive woman beating up guys in a convincing way (especially in a mainstream movie) is long, long overdue.

I do hope this is only the beginning of Gina\’s film career. In fact I think she would make a very good female James Bond. \’My name is Bond…Jasmine Bond\’!
