I thought the only person in PE that was funny for their entire role was Ed Begley Jr. granted his role was a 5 minute role. Until he said the word Daiwoo, I didn’t think that he was constantly funny. The Cat Cake was funny, but I can’t remember any of the lines and I don’t see that as a good thing unlike Step Brothers where it is so random I don’t want to remember everything until I see it again. I like Tropic Thunder the most, but I still have my middle school affection for Ben Stiller and seeing Tom Cruise dance two times had me laughing my ass off.

He totally stole ‘Pineapple Express,’ a movie in retrospect that i am liking less and less. Then again, maybe it’ll improve on video. I’m starting to realize that *cough* the retardation that was Step Brothers might be my fave comedy of the year. Oh and Zohan was admittedly super fun experience too, but no one but A.O. Scott wants to get on board with me there. I’ll take having Tony on my side though.

He has a similar smugness to Danny McBride. They both think that they are funnier on screen than they really are. I imagine they are both really funny people, but I imagine someone could take the time to write something funnier than McBride’s improv.
