wow. folks are just hatin for the sake of hatin. most of the negative reviews start off with 'ive never seen the turtles or the cartoons before but I hate this movie- I don't get it'. most of these bad reviews are written by marvel obsessed nerds who cant stand the idea of the turtles taking some steam and box office cash from Guardians of the Galaxy. that's all. this movie will make close to $100 million opening weekend. the thing is I saw guardians and it was not half as good as trailers had led us to believe. it was just ok. let me tell you how no one, and I mean no one, was laughing at the GOTG jokes. they were as lame as lame could be and fell flat. drax is the worst actor I have ever seen. he ruined every scene he was in. starlord was ok. then theres a rabid raccoon and a big tree and a green alien from star trek. ok. this movie was hardly funny. seriously, nobody in my theatre laughed until about 2/3 of the way through the movie…. my 6 year old son cant wait to see this thing. I cant wait to see this thing. the haters are hatin because of bay and fox and everyone knows the marvel nerds are insane and incredibly insecure and defensive about their precious super heroes. I still think TMNT will be the biggest summer opening. I think atleast $100 million opening weekend. hey marvel fanboys, grow up!!!

boohoo hoo….get a room with your rubber turtle suits already! as bad as u geek fanboy nerds want guardians of the frickin marvel star trek to do better than ninja turtles its NOT! and any true authentic fans of the ninja turtles is not going to call them TMNT or a franchise!

They should have just made a sequel to the 2007 CGI film. It made money, and didn't flop. This movie is just not what longtime turtles fans wanted. We have money in our wallets. Why not give us a movie worth taking it. I'm not seeing this in theatres.

I'll be going to see Guardians of the Galaxy a second time over TMNT. I'm not against TMNT, but I'd rather just see GotG again.
