Correct, it is also the title of the 1975 movie Gainsbourg wrote & directed with Jane Birkin & Joe Dallesandro in the leads, which makes it even more confusing.

The "Je t'aime moi non plus" title may just be mis-reporting by Variety, or perhaps the title it will be released under in the States. The song is, after all, more famous than Gainsbourg outside of France.
