There were some other problems too, but I can't remember the details. It sounds like it's not ever going to be released, but a good place to check is LOVEFILM.com and Amazon UK.

In any case I found an interesting 2 minute clip after doing some digging. It just made me want to see it that much more. This is not the universal trailer that you see everywhere else.

The reason it was delayed was because it went way over budget, so they could not find a distributor. Seems like it was doomed from the start, but I'm hoping to buy it from the UK if US does not release it. Looks like a great movie to me.
