Casting: Eric Cantona Former French soccer player known as 'King Eric.' Retires from futbol and decides to be an actor. Also known for viciously kicking a fan in the stands at a game. [ Cantona commented after the fact he wished he had hit him harder.]
An Eric Cantona quote: " My best moment? I have a lot of good moments but the one I prefer is when I kicked the hooligan. " Sports fans will be beside themselves a Man U star is in the show.
Mikael Persbrandt: Great actor. Supposed to play Mads Mikkelsen's brother in the movie. But he doesn't look at all like he would be related to Mikkelsen. Unlike Mads Mikkelsen's real brother Lars Mikkelsen who is an actor also. He was supposed to play the part of Mads brother. No mention of him in the film at all. hmmmm

Honorable Mention: Nanna Oland Fabricus aka Oh Land. No mention of her in this article. She plays Mads wife in the movie. Not an actress. She is a singer who is 20 years younger than Mikkelsen her stage name being Oh Land. Only one small role in a movie prior to this. I guess all the Scandinavian professionally trained actresses were busy. M'kay.

May this film not go the way of NDCC.
