And now in the cold light of day, it's become apparent that the once-great 20th Century Fox is no longer in the movie business, they're in the make-as-much-money-and-screw-how-we-get-it business… this is a studio that reats one of it's most lucrative franchises – '24' and it's upcoming feature film – with utter disdain and disinterest, whilst running the whole 'Taken' thing into the ground. I have no problem with the fact they went for a sequel, it made sense both commercially and narratively, but to go with a THIRD one, when it's clear it's just for the money is beyond shameful… I hope Liam Neeson respectfully tells them where to go on this one, it's done, move along FOX, there's plenty of great and original new scripts out there to make films out of.
