Well, it’s all coming to an end in 2012. The adventures of Edward, Bella, Jacob and everyone else will be capped off with “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2” this fall, but the story still has more characters to add. As fans know, ‘Breaking Dawn — Part 1’ was essentially one long wedding video that was highlight by Edward and and Bella finally doing the deed, but the lesson here is: use protection, folks. The result of that intimate encounter was a birth that nearly killed Bella, forcing her to take vampire blood in a transfusion, and now she and Edward have a new daughter Renesmee (named after her grandmothers). And she’s growing up very fast.
EW has the first image of the young child, half hidden of course, and she’s got some special powers. She reaches full maturity by the age of seven and can show people what she’s thinking just by touching them. Played by Mackenzie Foy, Renesmee of course comes into the conflict between the Volutris and Cullens that will likely result in more scenes of people standing around and glaring at each other.
