Ugh, I totally get what you are saying then. I feel the same way about a lot of artists who are overused in trailers and films themselves. But for once, I thought the EITS track worked really well in this trailer, but if I ever hear it again in another trailer, I will scream.

What is it about Explosions in the Sky? I am not an emotional fellow, but whenever I hear their songs, I well-up.

This band, this group of magical musicians is my favorite group of all time...

Catching up on my trailer watching now that I’m back and Wow. I’m not necc totally sold on the Explosions In The Sky song, but this thing looks sooo beautiful. Having already read the ‘Benjamin Button’ script which was great, but flawed and having not read, but only seen the trailers, this might be my most heavily anticipated film of the year at this point. That and maybe ‘Milk’ are vying for the top spot.
