A couple of corrections:

1: Downhill Racer is a Paramount film, not Warner Bros.

2. Ride with the Devil would be the third Focus acquisition (Last Days of Disco being the second along with Monsoon Wedding)

The French Lieutenant’s Woman's screenplay is one of the reasons why Pinter is a genius, he takes John Fowles amazing book and make it a new thing but keeping the core, that's what most of the time book's adaptations lack… Such a shame is so underrated!

FYI: Supposedly, "Jon Mulvaney" is not a real person. He is just the all-purpose contact for Criterion PR. That is, the CC staff all take turns answering questions from his email account/under his persona.

Guys, che is likely December. There could be hold ups like many criterion discs — always little issues that can push back dates — but hopefully that's when it happens.
