nothing official here…but I assumed when they moved Thor 2 to November 15th 2013 from July 2013…it was because they wanted to place another Marvel film in that mid-summer slot…Ant-Man, if shot state-side during the summer it could be ready late July release date next year…I could see Edgar pulling a Matthew Vaughn and making Ant-Man with a short amount of post-production

I'm pretty sure it is ant-man in that may slot. What I'm interested in is marvel has said 2 movies a year possibly 3, what about 2015. Avengers 2 most likely but what would lead into that or follow that in the same year. Guardians of the galaxy???

Ant-Man has a finished script (a "high tech heist" movie more than superheroes according to Wright) and some form of pre-production at this point. Also, its rumored that Brian Michael Bendis will be writing a new Ant-Man series by the end of this year. Marvel always relaunches a character's book when the movie comes out; Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and Avengers all had new books in stores in time for their movies.
