For starters the plot seems totally generic and cliched. Secondly, I’ve never cared much for Eastwood as an actor, and this is no exception as he just seems silly. The Baman Begins growl doesn’t help. Now, it could just be a bad trailer, but I doubt it. I expect 0 Oscar noms from this.

Oh, and I love how they even have a black and white flasback in the trailer. Like we forgot he ran the gang off with a rifle and saved the neighbor…we just saw it 15 seonds before!!!!!

Eastwood shrugged off Lee’s comments and what does the logical old white dude do then? Make a film where he chases and beats up Asians? Funny, huh?”

Pretty clueless, actually. Torino was in production before the Lee/Eastwood spat even began.
