Also, while it has its horrific moments I wouldn't describe it as a horror – it is, however, one of the best grief movies I've seen (along with UP).
Anyway, we went along drunk to the after party and ended up talking to Mr Hinds (also trolleyed) about the other of his movies we'd seen that week – Race to Witch Mountain. The Rock was a gent apparently, but he was unable to enlighten us as to whether the Rock's character was in fact psychic for dogs at the end of the film – something that continues to perplex my boyfriend to this day, much like the ending of Inception.
