I highly doubt that AMC, one of the largest theater chains in the States, would shrivel up at MPAA flak; the situation was probably that the super-low per-theater average did H2 in. Yeah, if it had done well, if it turned out to be worth their time, I recon that AMC wouldn't have pulled it.
