Not sure how Sicario can be better than Incendies, as another poster said, but I have been waiting for this film. If Denis says, it\’s his best film yet, even better. September can\’t come soon enough.

Incendies is based on a prize-winning play performed all over the world, and a Greek tragedy-like opus after wetting his feet in 3 arthouse efforts (some still think Maelstrom is his best character study, by a woman to boot.) No way would the scripts he\’s gotten in Hollywood, by fledgling writers, match Incendies\’ very personalized sociopolitical material. But he gets more resources, faster development in studio environment.

If it\’s better than Incendies then we are in for a treat. Forget about Prisoners, that\’s his best film. I love Emily Blunt, and from the sound of it there will be those who\’ll still think the role is too tough to be played by a woman. But I\’m sure she\’ll do it justice. Terrific actress.
