If this is Craig’s final film, and I see no reason to doubt that, then we won’t get a Villeneuve/Craig Bond movie, which is a shame. Nolan/Craig also seems unlikely, considering Nolan has heavily hinted that he’d rather be part of a new iteration. I’m really intrigued by who they’ll land on. Craig will want his swan song to be one to remember. Alex Garland or Amma Asante would be top picks for me, but I think they want a heavy-hitter.
