Even if the deal hasn’t gone through they could sign a once off deal like with spiderman (I think some deal had to be done for Howard the Duck in GotG too). Plus it’s just a cameo the actor in question might not even be in character. I dunno, I just think it’s a possibility although the others are more likely for sure.

The deal has not gone through yet and Marvel have already said they are not even talking about using any Fox Marvel characters yet.

The idea the film tested well is also an anonymous reaction. Testing is really unreliable anyway. I’ve seen godawful films test well. I’m gonna wait for some early reactions right before release before I make my mind up. Although I’ll probably see it regardless.
