They could do it, but I don't think Man of Steel should be an example of 'Justice League material' there was barely any 'heroism' at all! Also didn't notice alot of the DC references – a whole buncha Marvel ones though – Lonely Hulk, Thor vs Destroyer, Doc Oc style tentacles, and massive blue energy beacon, over influenced much?

Man it would be great to be able to send ideas to studios sometimes, my concept for a movie would be Brandon Routh's Superman, basically a Superman/ Shazam-meets-Justice League's animated show episode 'Paradise Lost'.

Warners was never good at doing movie plans. Wish they got Bruce and Paul as consultants for these films. They may work on animation but they always seemed to know how these characters worked more than these movie producers and in some cases, the comic editers.

This looks like a train wreck. the only way i see this working if that for their next film if it be Man of steel 2 they should introduce Lex and Wayne. the only 2 people with enough money to rebuild the city. they should also have Wayne go after Lois to get that tension stirring between Wayne and Clark. World's Finest i believe if done correctly can do better than avengers if done right. but they are blowing it buy making a JL movie too soon. they'll get my money but only once. After that i think i may just get a bootleg version to watch. the fans want Justice league but what they want as well is a great movie.

Making the Justice League without lead in solo films is yet another mistake the studio is making along with not combining Man of Steel with The Dark Knight movies. I simply don't understand the logic in any of this. They would turn down the opportunity for an epic team up just so they don't do it the way that Marvel has? The way to make it unique from Marvel is to do it BETTER than Marvel. If not having an origin story does not make a difference, then why did they do a Man of Steel movie at all?

Goyer is the weak link within the Nolan-Snyder-Goyer team. The tone and goal for Man of Steel was intriguing, the visuals and action were amazing, but the story and dialogue were cringe-worthy at times. At most he should be relegated to an 'ideas' guy he shouldn't be allowed to touch the screenplay. I want so bad for the Superman franchise to be successful and meaningful and that's not going to happen if this hack keeps penning the scripts.

was pretty excited about a new dc universin for film and potential justice league, after watching man of steel and seeing this news, I'm not really excited, I am actually against it. The way they are doing things are going to ruin it, and it's painful to see. Man of Steel wasn't bad, but at the same time it isn't a great movie at all, just "passable".

I don't think there should be a Justice League.

I'd be satisfied with some guest appearances across films, a la Black Widow in Iron Man 2.

After seeing the destruction of Metropolis, I'm not trying to see the CGI massacre that would ensue if you also add in Green Lantern, Flash, Wonder Woman, Batman and a comparable villain that could fight the five of them. And who would that be? Darkseid? It's hard enough to come up with a villain that could believably fight Superman toe to toe, let alone Superman in combination with three other massively powered beings a presumptive inclusion of Flash and Bats.

If DC is smart, they'll go with World's Finest instead. A Superman/Batman movie will get as much business as a Justice League film, without creating the logistical nightmare of trying to craft an antagonist who could fight Superman, Green Lantern and Wonder Woman at once.
