I am a huge fan of Larry Brown's novels and I have to tell you: "Joe" was published in 1991, not 2003.

Great. The book was good and Larry Brown is a great author but Nicholas Cage is not a good choice. We are going to be treated to the worst rendition of a southern accent possible.

This is a great novel that I've loved for year. Green could be the right director, but Nic Cage in the title role is a terrible, terrible idea.

Nicolas Cage is Flawless. He has two BAFTA nominations and an Academy Award. I hear his hair is insured for 5 millions dollar. I heard he has a castle. In England. His favorite movie is East of Eden. One time, he met Alicia Silverstone on a plane. And he told her she was pretty. One time, he punched me in the face. It was awesome.
