The British version will ultimately be superior? You know this… How? Unless you\’re assuming that everything British is inherently better than everything American, which begs the question why The Sopranos, Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, Game Of Thrones, Mad Men, Battlestar Galactica, The Walking Dead, Fargo, The Wire, and Deadwood are all American. And that\’s just TV. How about Goodfellas, The Godfather, Citizen Kane, The Wizard of Oz, The Maltese Falcon, Unforgiven, The French Connection, M*A*S*H*, Animal House, The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, Star Wars, Ghostbusters, One Flew Over The Cuckoo\’s Nest, Halloween, The Shining, Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid, Alien, and The Dark Knight? All of those, I believe, are American. And I could go on and on and on. How about we stow the elitism BS and realize that individual projects need to stand on their own merits? That seems like the smart way to go to me.

The UK show is amazing. Why can\’t stupid Americans just watch the British version, which will ultimately be superior. Do they really find British accents that hard to understanding.
