I never read the graphic novels as a kid, a regret for sure, but I thought the movie was creative and fun. I mean when was the last time someone read the book/comic and then watched the movie and said ‘Nailed it!’ ??? It almost never happens, but so long as they don’t ruin the spirit of the source material, I’m on board with it.
