ok the movie was intriguing. however, it had no ending and the last 30 minutes was a cop out. no thanks criterion.

Yes, the film went through a very painful editing process, and reports flew around of longer rough cuts, but the film as is, is perfect. Would some deleted scenes be nice? Sure. But guess what, Criterion will never bother.

How about campaigning for something that truly needs to "the treatment"? How about Jonathan Glazer's sorely underrated and ignored "Birth" for a contemporary film? And there are dozens of older titles that need spitshining.
