Don't know if that involves either sex, violence or both but i've certainly read that somewhere.

Also read that the original length of the movie before editing had a 3hrs + running time?

With a January release for a major studio film with a respected cast of reliable actors like Pine, Knightley, Costner and Branagh, with Branagh directing, plus Tom Clancy's recent passing igniting a re-interest in the character, I think it would be the best move for the studio to push it as the first major blockbuster of 2014 over the Martin Luther King weekend. Paramount has had success with that weekend in the past with Cloverfield doing decent numbers in 2008, so Shadow Recruit should be expected to do the same.
