My question is, which Boston Teran novel will Hollywood make next? For over 12 years his novels have won or been finalists for many prestigious literary awards. In Europe and Japan Teran is a cult favorite. I saw one review call Teran's prose 'visceral poetry.' I vote for "God Is A Bullet!" Nicholas Cassavettes tried to get it made years ago.

FYI – on 7/12/12 I posted several places online re: Leonardo Caprio's indecision about committing to the role of the charming psychopath Rawbone in author Boston Teran's "Creed of Violence." Had heard from reliable source that Cross Creek was not willing to wait on DiCaprio, so they offered this amazing role to Christian Bale. DiCaprio and Bale have had a 'not so secret' competition for roles over their careers, including – The Titanic, American Psycho and even as far back as What's Eating Gilbert Grape? which Bales read for and apparently wanted.

This is terrific news. Field is one of my favorite directors who has been absent for FAR too long and Bale… well, what can't the man do at this point? Terrific combination. This is already on my most anticipated films.
