The drop between KickAss to KickAss 2 is as big as original star wars to new star wars. Moretz is also terrible in the second.

KA2 wasn\’t that bad,I think the reason why it wasn\’t as good as KA 1is simplefirst there was no Nicolas Cage, and let\’s face it he made the movieor stole the show so to speak and should be considered as the next Dark Knight but secondlyhit girl lost her cuteness because she\’s growing upand it\’s not piracy that makes movies fail it\’s over paid actors and bad script sequels are never as good as the original. But I enjoy the movie none the less and even if people don\’t go and see it in the theater the big money is in DVD sales she\’s copping all here.

Ink both pf the movies are amazing and if I could turn back time I would watch the mpvie in cinema\’s and I would drag all my friends to it. Its an amazing movie and I wish they did a 3rd one since then I would have a chance to go and see ot in cinema. Hope they rethink that and make another one 🙁

The movie sucked for two reasons. The first one was cool because it was mainly about hitgirl and big daddy and their story. That is what made the movie cool was THAT story. In the second one you have hit girl not being a badass? That is like the worst mistake ever putting boring high school girl stuff in an action movie. Chloe I think you are an awesome actor but it is pretty clear to me why the second one did badly. Take out all the bull crap about kick ass with those other people which was stupid and pointless. Take out the high school girly stuff. Then you will have yourself an action movie if you focus on hit girl being the badass she is supposed to be!

Movies have to be GIANT to overcome the piracy problem. So, piracy means fewer movies and fewer indie movies in particular, and no second chances for anyone. You get what you pay for.

Strangely not copping to the fact that Kick-Ass 2 was a dud. It even had a shitty tie-in game released on XBLA that was so far from the actual film that it's amazing anyone willingly signed off on it for a reason other than hoping to rope in suckers who wanted to pay for it.

A Kick-Ass 3 wouldn't have happened either way (certainly not as a theatrical outing anyway) and they should have realized this before anything ever began to materialize around Kick-Ass 2 and instead opted for a Hit-Girl solo film since the clear breakout star in Kick-Ass wasn't Aaron-Taylor Johnson.
