For some reason it's Michel Gondrey, but halfway through he ends up calling Spike on the phone. Spike says he's working on his own movie, and so is Kaufman. He also said when they both finish those they'll be doing a movie together again. So I would say Frank & Francis is still on, along with the World leaders one with Jonze.
