omg, Reese can play a soldier if she wants to. The soldier doesn\’t have to be 24, they can age her up. And Jen can play a single mother in her new Russell movie, too. Age is just a number. If you\’re watching a film and calculating eveyrone\’s age, then it\’s a bad film. Good acting with trump the age issue every time. And I don\’t see people complaining about old men playing young men\’s parts. What about Tom Cruise in Edge of Tomorrow? That part was written for a 24 year old guy, I read the script. Where was all the flap over that? This sexist, ageist crap needs to stop.

Hmm… While Witherspoon is credited as a producer on GONE GIRL, if you read some of the articles about how it came together, saying we have her "to thank for it", is a really big stretch.
