Dolan's movies should be sold as sleeping aid in pharmacies. He is an overated film director and Quebec has a lot better than him.

just saw this film this past weekend…agree that film is needs a good edit (apparently dolan was inspired by of all things, cameron's titanic in making this movie), but the acting of the two leads is so dead-on and there is one pivotal moment that surprised me with its intensity and emotional precision that reminded me of the best of bergman…after the (imho) pretty but ho-hum les amours imaginaires, this is a vast improvement.
