I've never seen anything like it. Like all his films, but even more so with this one, it hits you at such a gut level. Everyone stayed after the credits rolled, stunned into silence. And not because of anything disturbing but because we were all so moved. And that's extremely RARE. He is a true auteur, and an elegant one at that, never showing off or shocking for shock sake, just truly making films that speak to people on both an intelligent and emotional level.
